Rite Aid is once again filing for bankruptcy.
The pharmacy chain officially announced they were beginning the voluntary Chapter 11 process.
The company will continue to fill prescriptions and keep locations open for the time being. Officials say there will most likely be store closures, however they are not sure which locations will be included.
Rite Aid has lost an estimated $680 million this fiscal year, and continues to deal with opioid-related lawsuits.
