One of the ramps on Route 422 near Kittanning has been reopened after a lengthy weather delay.
PennDOT officials say the Route 422 ramp to Route 268, which is also known as Ramp A, reopened last evening. However, the “Ramp B” will remain closed through Friday.
The closures are a part of the $15 million resurfacing project that started this summer.
