At least one person died in a crash Tuesday morning in Slippery Rock Township.
The accident involved a logging truck and passenger vehicle at the intersection of Route 8 and Branchton Road around 6 a.m.
It’s unclear how many people were involved in the accident, but it was confirmed to be a fatal accident.
Witnesses told our newsroom that the car was significantly damaged in the crash, however other details are unclear at the moment.
Route 8 has been closed in between Branchton Road and Route 108 since 6:15 a.m.
State police are on the scene investigating.
