Ryan Blaney wins Talladega thriller over Harvick

Ryan Blaney scored a dramatic victory at Talladega Superspeedway. His Number 12 Ford crossed the finish line a bumper ahead of Kevin Harvick in the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs to advance to the Round of 8. It was Blaney’s second win of the season and the third of his career. This race was the middle event of the three-race Round of 16. Four drivers will be eliminated from championship contention after Sunday’s race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
