Traffic was delayed for most of the morning commute at a major intersection in Butler.
It happened early this morning at the intersection of Route 68 and Route 38—which is at the bottom of Lick Hill.
Dispatchers say that a salvage truck reportedly hit wires, causing them to go onto the road. It also impacted traffic lights in the area.
There was also debris found on Mitchell Hill Road, which is believed to be from the same truck.
There are some lane closures and traffic delays.
