A local police department will host a presentation this week on teen violence.
The Saxonburg Police Department will hold the forum on Wednesday, Feb. 27 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Anyone is welcome to attend. It is free.
Officials will talk about teen violence and school shootings- including warning signs and the response by police when shootings happen.
A case study will be presented on the shooting last year at a Parkland, Florida High School where 17 students and staff members were killed.
