Preparations are underway in Saxonburg as the town gets ready for the second-ever Winterfest this weekend.
The event is set for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Local businesses have teamed up to help plan events throughout the day, including horse drawn carriages, a petting zoo, ice carving, and more.
There will also be a variety of food and craft vendors on hand.
Organizers say Winterfest was created to bring the community together during the doldrums of winter.
