Scott Potochny

Scott Potochny, 58, of Butler passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025. He was born in Butler September 6, 1966, to Robert and Jeanne (Lackey) Potochny. Scott graduated from Butler Senior High School class of 1985 and furthered his education at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Throughout his career, Scott worked in food service all over Western, PA as an expert Chef and caterer. Scott loved to share his passion for food with everyone around him. Father of Allison and Amy Potochny; brother of Eric (Diane) Potochny and Louise Leonard; grandfather of Paisley, Jayden, Amelia, and Indiana; Scott was forever loved by Terri Hollobaugh and Julie Graham, and his dog, Charlie. Scott was preceded in death by his previous wife, Laura Graham. All services were held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD.
