With a primary now filled with more than a dozen candidates, a Republican from Erie has decided not to run for governor.
State Senator Dan Laughlin said yesterday that he will not be running in the race to replace Tom Wolf.
Laughlin formed an exploratory committee earlier this year, but said he has struggled to raise any money.
He is expected to endorse Dave White, a businessman and councilman from Delaware County.
