A total of 32 individuals retire from the Seneca Valley School District following the conclusion of this current school year.
The retirees were recognized by the school board and administration during a ceremony with refreshments earlier this month.
The retirees include a Technology Facilitator, Communications Director, Payroll Supervisor, and Cafeteria Manager along with teachers, counselors, administrative assistants, paraprofessionals, principals, nurses, and maintenance workers. The longest tenured was Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education Dr. Matt McKinley at 36 years.
They were thanked for their combined over 840 years of dedication to the Seneca Valley School District.
