The Seneca Valley School District is again being recognized for support of Music education.
The district was recently designated as a recipient of Best Communities for Music Education for the third time by the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Foundation.
To qualify, the district answered detailed questions about funding, graduation requirements, music class participation, instruction time, facilities, music program support, and community music programs.
The NAMM Foundation has been awarding the Best Communities for Music Education designation for 26 years to districts that provide music access and education to all students.
