Seneca Valley’s Hames named Gatorade Player of the Year

Seneca Valley star softball pitcher Lexie Hames has been named Pennsylvania’s Gatorade Softball Player of the Year. The junior stand-out finished the season with a 16-1 record in helping to lead the Raiders to a WPIAL championship. Hames is also an excellent hitter with an average better than .400, with nine home runs and 27 RBI’s.
