There is still time to sign up for a safe driving event for seniors later this week in Cranberry.
The Cranberry Police Department and EMS are joining with AAA, the AARP, and the American Occupational Therapy Association are joining together to provide the CarFit Program from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday.
Senior drivers will have a personalized evaluation to help with comfortable positioning of seats, safety belts, sun visors, mirrors, head restraints, and pedal movement. This free, 12-point check takes about 20 minutes.
This program will be held in the Municipal Center rear parking lot and appointments are necessary. Call 724-776-5180, extension 5 for more information.
