The Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau took time to recognize exceptional customer service at a ceremony Thursday night.
40 service workers nominees each received $25 gift cards as part of the Service Excellence Award Program held Thursday evening at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cranberry.
Finalists Beka Souser of Natili North and Ken Ferguson of the Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Department each received $100 gift cards. This year’s Service Excellence Award winner Esther Cochran of Red Lobster was awarded a $1,000 gift card to Butler County Tourism affiliated businesses.
The goal of this new awards initiative is to encourage an environment where exceptional customer service is recognized and rewarded within the county.
