Several motorists were injured following a two car crash that occurred last week in Jefferson Township.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, a 76-year-old Butler woman was attempting to turn from Marwood Road to North Pike Road around 1:30pm on Friday when she allegedly failed to yield to the right of way.
Authorities say that the woman’s vehicle was then struck by an oncoming vehicle.
Both drivers, and two young passengers in the second vehicle, all suffered minor injuries. The driver of the second vehicle and her two passengers were later taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Police plan to cite the Butler woman with a traffic violation.
