Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro is joining other governors in the country in filing a lawsuit against the United State Postal Service.
Shapiro and 15 other state executives sued the postal service over their Next Generation Delivery Acquisition Program. The governors allege that the postal service violated natural environmental policies by failing to include more electric vehicles in their new fleet.
The suit also alleges that the postal service signed an agreement, and then issued a flawed report.
