Shelby Jean Gregg, 67, of Butler, passed away peacefully the morning of April 4, 2025, while under the care of Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford.
Born January 21, 1958, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Robert Cashdollar, Sr. and Phyllis Hilliard.
Shelby was a 1976 graduate of Butler High School, and went on to attend Florida College of Natural Health where she earned her degree in Massage Therapy. She made her career as a massage therapist in Fort Lauderdale and Butler. Shelby loved her job, and cared for all of her clients like they were family. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, and gardening with her “back door man”, George. Above all else, Shelby loved her family and was extremely proud of all of her military men.
She is survived by her husband, David K. Gregg, whom she married on April 21, 2007; her son, Jason McCandless and his fiancee, Julie Colsey; her step-son, Jason Gregg and his wife, Breah; two brothers, Todd Cashdollar and his wife, Penny, and Robert Cashdollar Jr. and his wife, Alisa; 6 grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews, and a great-nephew.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E. North St., Butler, PA 16001. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM at the funeral home on Thursday, April 10, 2025, with Rev. Dr. Denny Krajacic officiating.
Shelby will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Burial Estates.
