Shirley Ann Mariacher, 83, of Butler, Pennsylvania, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 25, 2017.
She was born July 13, 1934 in Chicora, Pennsylvania to the late Ray Stevenson and Carrie Pickard Stevenson.
Shirley was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a longtime employee for the Natilli restaurant locations, her early days as a waitress at the main restaurant and later years at Natilli North as cook. Shirley enjoyed spending time with her family, reading her Bible, cooking and sharing her baked goodies with family and friends.
She is survived by one son, Robert Maricher and his wife Jennifer of Butler, PA; two daughters, Patricia Smith and her husband William of Butler, PA, and Deborah King and her husband Sherrel of Jacksonville, FL; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one sister, Patricia Wise and her husband David of Portersville, PA; and several nieces and nephews .
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Paul Mariacher whom she married on October 6, 1951, and who passed away on May 21, 2014, one brother, and four sisters .
Friends will be received at Thompson – Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street Butler, PA. on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc, 124 East North Street, Butler, PA, with Dr. Joel Ward, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating .
