A United Way of Southwestern PA event later this week is celebrating Women’s History Month with networking and shopping.
The annual Women’s Leadership Council’s March Mixer and Shopping Crawl is set for Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Saxonburg. The group will meet at the South Butler Community Library before continuing to 12 area businesses.
This event is designed to create opportunities for local women to connect and learn from one another while supporting local business. Attendees will have the chance to win a prize in a raffle by donating children’s diapers of any size or wipes for local organization “Walking with Moms in Need”.
The mixer is free, but registration is required by visiting the United Way of Southwestern PA website or Facebook page.
