A local theater group is getting ready to stage a performance of a much-loved musical.
Sing Hosanna! is performing The Sound of Music at Butler County Community College’s Succop Theater on Friday at 7:30 p.m., as well as a Saturday matinee at 2 p.m.
This Rodgers and Hammerstein adventure follows the Von Trapp family and their governess Maria as they navigate danger in 1930s Austria using songs like “My Favorite Things”, “So Long, Farewell”, and “Climb Every Mountain”.
Tickets cost $18 for reserved general admission and are available through the Sing Hosanna website.
