Slippery Rock University has approved their budget for the upcoming year.
The council of trustees voted to accept the $144 million budget for 2021-22.
There is also around a projected $776,000 surplus. Officials say the previous year’s budget projected a deficit, and that the extra funds could be used for unexpected COVID-related costs.
