Slippery Rock University will not be holding in-person classes Friday.
The university was one of the first schools to call off classes for Thursday, and now they’ve also made the decision to cancel in-person classes Friday.
Some distance learning classes will continue based on decisions of individual professors.
Services such as the SRU student center, some dining facilities, health services, recreation center, library, and university police will remain operational but could have modified hours based on conditions.
Essential personnel are required to report to work but non-essential employees may be able to work remotely if allowed by a supervisor.
