With today being Black Friday, Americans are expected to spend millions of dollars hunting for bargains. But a nationwide-effort wants you to enjoy supporting small businesses in local communities tomorrow.
Small Business Saturday was started in 2010 as an effort to boost holiday shopping at small businesses during the recession.
Since that time, a study shows that spending on the Saturday after Thanksgiving has reached over $100 billion.
