It’s back to the negotiating table for the South Butler school board and the teachers union.
The two sides will meet face-to-face tonight for the first time since before the strike began.
Today is the eighth school day that has been missed. The state has ordered the teachers to return to school by April 3 even if a deal has not been reached.
Last week, hundreds showed up to a rally outside the school and then packed the school board meeting in support of the two sides coming to an agreement.
