The Slippery Rock University Department of Dance is preparing for a performance later this week.
The department is hosting its annual Faculty and Guest Artist concert on Thursday beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Miller Theater in the Performing Arts Center.
Students will participate as dancers and production staff alongside faculty members and internationally known guest artists. At least 10 performances consisting of various styles and techniques will be featured including one learned during a trip to Columbia in May.
Admission for the show is $15 through the SRU website or at the Smith Student Center information desk.
