The Slippery Rock University College of Liberal Arts along with History and Music Departments are sponsoring a free program later this week to continue the memory of the Holocaust.
The annual “Holocaust Remembrance Program” is planned for Wednesday from 3:30 to 5:15 p.m. at the Miller Theater in the Performing Arts Center.
A couple of first- and second-generation survivors will share a talk titled “Witness to the Holocaust” based on stories of survival in Nazi concentration camps followed by a question-and-answer period.
This gathering will also include the performance of two brief musical pieces by SRU music faculty and students.
