SRU women’s Lacrosse team wins first-ever PSAC-West title

The No. 12-ranked Slippery Rock women’s lacrosse team held off a furious rally from No. 18 Seton Hill Wednesday to earn an 11-10 win and lock up the first PSAC West regular season title in program history. The Rock went a perfect 9-0 in the PSAC West and have won nine games in a row. They open the PSAC tournament as the #1 seed and get a first-round “bye” into the semifinals.
