Stanley B. “Buzz’ Hull, Jr., 84, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2025, in the comfort of his home and with his family at his side.
Born in Butler on May 2, 1940, he was the son of the late Stanley B. Hull, Sr. and Thelma Murray Hull.
Buzz was employed by Winters and Fleming, Inc. as a truck driver.
A loving husband, father, and grandfather, his grandkids held a very special place in his heart.
Buzz was a member of the Butler Area Street Machine Association, and he was the proud owner of a 1929 Ford pickup truck.
He enjoyed going to camp, and he also loved hunting with his sons and grandchildren.
He was involved in the Bon Aire Reunion.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis Trombatt Hull, whom he married April 20, 1964; four children, Laura Frenchik, of Florida, Scott Hull and his wife, Michele, of Butler, Mark Hull and his wife, Suzanne, of Butler, and Amy Klabnik and her husband, David, of Sarver; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Donna Evans, and two infant sisters.
The Hull family extends a special thank you to Good Samaritan Hospice for the exceptional care provided to Buzz.
Friends will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler, on Monday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Funeral Services will immediately follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Dave Fetherlin, executive pastor of Community Alliance Church, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053.
