A number of groups have joined together in a lawsuit against the state in an effort to count mail-in ballots that have wrong dates listed.
Multiple groups filed the suit earlier this week against the Pennsylvania Secretary of State and election officials in Allegheny and Philadelphia County.
They argue that throwing out mail-in ballots with an incorrect date, or no date at all, is a violation of the state constitution.
This comes as Butler County is also facing a similar lawsuit after rejecting two mail-in ballots earlier this spring that had incorrect dates.
