A couple of local state representatives took the oath of office for a new term yesterday.
Republicans Stephenie Scialabba, Aaron Bernstine, and Marci Mustello were sworn-in at noon as the representative for Pennsylvania’s 12th and 8th Legislative Districts respectively.
State Senator Elder Vogel and Scott Hutchinson were also sworn into another four-year term.
For the 2025-26 session, Scialabba has been assigned to the House Communications and Technology, Education, Judiciary and State Government committees.
Bernstine has been appointed to serve on the House Insurance, Intergovernmental Affairs and Operations, Labor and Industry and Transportation committees for the 2025-26 legislation session.
