Students at Pennsylvania’s 14 state universities, including Slippery Rock University, will not see an increase in tuition.
Another tuition freeze was announced by the PASSHE board of governors at last week’s meeting. The president of the state system recommended the move citing financial difficulties for students over the past year.
University presidents were hoping for a one percent tuition increase.
This is the third consecutive year tuition has remained the same.
