While Pittsburgh Steelers fans were excited to watch Sunday’s game for the first time in-person in two years, it took a little longer than expected for some.
Officials at Heinz Field say that lines were delayed due to confusion over the new paperless ticket system.
More than 60,000 fans were in attendance at the game, but many missed kickoff and some of the first quarter action.
A Steelers spokesperson says people didn’t download the tickets on their phone prior to going to the game.
