The Pittsburgh Steelers have placed the franchise tag on running back Le’Veon Bell for the second consecutive years. By doing so, the Steelers have committed more than $14.5 million of their salary cap to their All-Pro running back – IF Bell signs the agreement. If Bell signs prior to March 14th, the Steelers will also have to deal with being over the salary cap.
