The Pittsburgh Steelers open their NFL season tonight against the New York Giants in New Jersey. Kick-off is 7:10pm. Pre-game begins on WISR 680am at 5:10pm.
Tonight’s game is part of a Monday Night Football doubleheader – with Denver hosting Tennessee at Mile High Stadium – with a 10:20pm kick-off.

–The Baltimore Ravens defeated the Cleveland Browns 38-6.
–The Los Angeles Chargers defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 16-13. The Bengals missed a 31-yard field goal at the end of the game which would have forced overtime. Joe Burrows started the game for Cincinnati – the only rookie to start at quarterback in the NFL Sunday. Burrows was the number one pick out of LSU in the 2020 NFL Draft.
–Buffalo defeated the New York Jets 27-17.
–New England defeated Miami 21-11.
–The Washington Football Team came back to defeat Philadelphia 27-17.
–The Las Vegas Raiders-34 Carolina-30.
–Seattle-38 Atlanta-25
–The Chicago Bears defeated the Detroit Lions 27-23.
–Green Bay-43 Minnesota-34.
–Jacksonville defeated Indianapolis 27-20.
–New Orleans-34 Tampa Bay-23. The game featured the first game in NFL history with both starting quarterbacks over the age of 40. Tom Brady started for the Buccaneers at the age of 43. Drew Brees of the Saints is 40. It was also the first matchup since 1950 to feature the top two career leaders in touchdown passes.
–Arizona defeated San Francisco 24-20
