While we’re still feeling the economic impact of the shutdown, the stock market has essentially recovered says local financial advisor Howie Pentony.
Pentony, who serves as president of Portersville based Pentony Capital Management, says there’s reason to be cautiously optimistic about the market moving forward, but questions still remain.
