State Police in Butler apprehended three students who fled from Summit Academy earlier this weekend.
Authorities say that three students left the facility on Saturday, but were apprehended later in the afternoon.
Two of the students, a 17-year-old from Altoona and a 16-year-old from Philadelphia, will be charged with Escape.
