Pitt was defeated by Syracuse at Yankee Stadium in New York City yesterday 28-13. The Panthers are now 2-8.
Grove City College shutout Thiel yesterday 31-0. This completes the first-ever perfect regular season in program history, their record standing at 10-0. The Wolverines have qualified for the NCAA Division III playoffs. Pairings will be announced at 5 this evening.
