Butler Township Police say they have arrested the man involved in the fatal accident last week.
Police say 38-year-old Joshua Rivera of Butler left the scene of the crash last Thursday, after he allegedly hit 15-year-old Aiden Lutz on his bicycle.
Police posted that they were searching for Rivera over the weekend, before taking him into custody at the Comfort Inn on Route 8 in Butler Township. Rivera was allegedly staying at the hotel with 31-year-old Nicole Kelly of Butler.
Kelly is facing charges for hindering apprehension.
Both Rivera and Kelly were placed in the Butler County Prison.
