A man accused of inappropriate behavior at a Cranberry Township store will continue to be held in custody following a court hearing on Friday.
According to our news partners at WPXI, a Walmart employee witnessed Jamie Lopez take inappropriate pictures of a nine-year-old girl at the store on May 13th.
Officials say that Lopez, who is not a natural citizen of the United States, has not posted bail since his arrest. Friday was the first time Lopez faced a judge in this case. During the hearing, his attorney questioned the methods that police used to retrieve Lopez’s phone and argued that at least one of the charges should be dropped.
The judge though held all charges for court and did not lower bond.
