A local school has recently received statewide recognition for achieving a high quality of education for students.
Ryan Gloyer Middle School in the Seneca Valley School District has been awarded designation as a PA Don Eichhorn Schools: Schools To Watch for a fourth time.
The 7th and 8th grade building is one of only 10 across the state to receive this honor as part of a program developed by the National Forum to Accelerate Middle-Grades Reform.
The school was recognized for excellence and improvement in areas including academics, social equity, leadership, and accountability.
