A minor is facing assault charges after an altercation with a woman at a gas station in Butler Township.
Butler Township Police were called to the Sheetz on Center Avenue on July 31 for a 14-year-old assaulting a 35-year-old Butler woman.
The teen accused of the crime is alleged to have hit the woman in the face, arm, and shoulder.
The minor was charged with simple assault and harassment.
