The Saxonburg Carnival will be opening a little earlier today for the little kids.
It’s Kiddee Matinee day at the carnival. The gates open at 1 p.m. and will stay open until 5.
The carnival will then re-open at 6 p.m. for the evening session with free admission. Tonight will feature a water battle between fire companies as well as the Little and Junior Miss Saxonburg competition.
Both events will begin at 7 p.m.
