Three people in Saxonburg are facing drug charges.
On August 28, Saxonburg Police were called to an apartment on the 200 block of West Main Street for a report from a caller of yelling, banging, and a female screeching. When police arrived to the apartment 39-year-old Kenneth Stark opened the door and told police the noise was him playing a “batman video game.”
As police were confirming they were in the correct apartment, they spotted a pipe with black residue. Stark was then placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia. Shortly after this arrest, Stark informed police his cousin, Andrew Seybert, was also in the apartment along with a woman Tessa Mansfield.
Police obtained a search warrant and found 40 grams of methamphetamine, scales, packaging materials, pills, and more.
Stark was placed in the Butler County Prison on $125,000 bail, Seybert and Mansfield was placed in the Butler County Prison on $125,000 bail but then lowered to $50,000. All three are facing several charges including manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.
