Three people were taken to the hospital after a head-on crash Tuesday afternoon on Route 228.
The accident happened just after 2 p.m. on Route 228 at the intersection with Harbison Road in Middlesex Township.
Dispatchers say two vehicles were involved in the head-on collision.
Everyone was able to get out of the vehicles on their own. Three people were taken to a Wexford hospital for treatment.
Traffic was delayed for about 45 minutes until crews could clear the scene.
