Three people are dead and two are hospitalized after suspected carbon monoxide poisoning at a home in the City of Butler.
An EMS unit was called along with City Police shortly before 5 p.m. to a home in the 100 block of College Street for a 70-year-old man who had died in an apartment.
But when crews got on scene, they found three people had died and another two that needed taken to Pittsburgh hospitals for treatment. Officials believe they were victims of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Their identities were not revealed.
An investigation is ongoing.
