There were 17 new cases of COVID-19 for Butler County Thursday.
That comes with 185 negative tests, giving the report an 8.4 percent positivity rate.
The Department of Health is also adding another death to the county’s coronavirus death toll, bringing the total to 31.
Officials at Butler Health System also say they had two patients die yesterday after giving out their report. It’s unclear when that data will be reflected by the Department of Health.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 18 patients for the coronavirus, with six people in the ICU.
Overall, it was another record setting day for cases in Pennsylvania, adding 2,900 positive tests. There were 47 additional deaths, and about 17,000 negative tests.
