Tiger Woods says he will play at this week’s Masters

Tiger Woods announced Tuesday that he is planning on playing the 86th Masters tournament this week in Augusta, Georgia. The five-time champion played practice rounds at the course this week and said he feels good enough to play 14 months after his automobile accident in California. The only concerns he had was walking the course over the four days of the tournament. Woods has not competed at a regular tour event since the delayed Masters in November of 2020.
