Three Butler County employees were recognized for their exceptional customer service during an event Wednesday night in Zelienople.
Jim Crawford of Thoma’s Meat Market received a $500 first place Service Excellence Award from the Butler County Tourism Bureau. Amanda Herr of Cranberry Highlands Golf Course was honored with the $250 second place prize while Lori Korn of Forever Kindred Boutique was chosen for the $100 third place prize.
14 other nominees received a pin and a $25 gift certificate. Nominations were submitted by a nine-member panel who visited Tourism Bureau member businesses.
This program was designed to acknowledge customer service professionals who enhance local business experiences, and in turn help cultivate an environment in Butler County where visitors are valued.
