A trial date has been set for this spring for a man accused of killing another man in the City of Butler.
38-year-old Hassan Brack is charged with shooting and killing 31-year-old Hakeem Morgan on College Street in Butler City back in December 2021.
The alleged murder happened during an attempted drug robbery. Police used video evidence and DNA to connect Brack to the murder.
Jury selection is expected to begin in early April with the trial beginning on April 7 with Judge Timothy McCune presiding over the case.
