Pennsylvania Turnpike rates are set to go up soon.
The annual increase will kick-in starting this Sunday.
EZ Pass users will see a 5 percent increase in tolls. Those who are charged via toll-by-plate will have prices go up 30 cents.
The Turnpike will have rate hikes through 2053 due to the mandates of Act 44 of 2007.
